This packaging design could be created in Illustrator. I would begin with a light orange box and layer the darker orange type and rectangle. The signature and the man on the unicycle could be created with the pen tool.
This packaging uses the design elements of color, value, shape and line. Two values of the same orange color are used, creating a visual harmony. Also, there are simple shapes, such as the line and the rectangle contrasted with the complex shape of the man on the unicycle.
This design has a clean aesthetic and classic feel. This helps communicate the high-end product. Also, the signature on the bottom creates an interest twist, comparing the chocolate bar to a work of art.
